In recognition of the fact that sometimes adhoc changes are required to OneVu account holder addresses,  we have enhanced the customer service function within OneVu to enable this. I.e. within Customer Service mode exclusively when a user clicks to change the address of a customer in their OneVu account they will see this:

There is validation to ensure 1st, 2nd line of address and post code are provided.

The instant the new address is updated it then shows in their account.
